The hotel is attractive, with amazing staff and rooms.

Fairly clean, peaceful hotel, there was a good reception. The room was huge and updated with comfortable bed, and we slept very well. Central location short walk to lots of choices for food, downtown Richmond, museums, it was in a gorgeous area.

Everything is perfect here, had a very good stay for a more pleasant experience. The staff is best, offer a smooth check-in and efficient check-out. The location is central, adjacent to the Short Pump shopping area and the restaurants in the Short Pump area and highway and lots of choices for food or drink.

Awesome stay in the great area. Every detail was outstanding, including rooms and food, I loved how fairly clean the hotel was. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room itself was separate.

Appealing hotel with savoury breakfasts and non-smoking rooms, that's what we liked. The staff was accommodating, some of them especially. This accommodation had a central setting right near multiple highways.

Such a really really nice stay at a Hilton hotel. The food was excellent and I loved fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, pancakes and eggs.

Location and rooms were a plus and I loved it. My room included smoke detectors for safety measures. There also was free parking and excellent pool.

Hospitable staff, well laid out rooms, own beach was beautiful. Absolutely stunning view, a beautiful balcony, amazing bed, too. English breakfast, with coffee, eggs, tea, butter and jam.

The extremely helpful staff gave good recommendations. There was GREAT breakfast with apple juice and also the best omelet chef. The location was awesome close to highway. Broad street was also close to the hotel.

Great 3-star experience. Located in 5 miles from Science Museum of Virginia. Mission Bbq is just a walk down to the hotel...
